- All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Your space is officially reserved once your deposit is received.
- Payment plans are offered to make the retreat more accessible and
- manageable.
- By selecting a payment plan, you are committing to completing all
- scheduled payments, regardless of attendance.
- If you need to cancel 90 or more days before the retreat, any payments made beyond the deposit may be transferred toward a future Reset Retreats experience within 12 months, depending on availability.
- Cancellations made less than 90 days before the retreat are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- No Shows or Early Departure
- No refunds or credits will be provided for late arrivals, early departures, unused portions of the retreat, or no-shows.
- If Reset Retreats Needs to Cancel
In the unlikely event that Reset Retreats must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive either:
- A full refund of payments made directly from Reset Retreats, or
- The option to transfer your payment toward a future retreat.
- Please note that Reset Retreats is not responsible for airfare, travel expenses, or other personal costs.
